Count Dracula has decided to settle in Los Angeles and runs a nightclub for glamorous, sophisticated and hip vampires. But their anonymity is jeopardised when Nico, a bloodsucking seductress, decides to have fun on the streets and becomes notorious as the 'Hollywood Slasher'. Dallas tries to reform her but falls in love instead. When a Viennese vampire hunter arrives in town and captures Dallas she offers to lead them to Dracula if they will let her go...
