Willard Fillmore is a chauffeur who is very much under-appreciated by his boss from hell, Miss Crock. Determined to get his own back on her, he enlists the help of his best friend and the pair come up with the idea of dognapping her precious pooch and holding it for ransom. When the dog escapes Miss Crock thinks it is Willard that has been kidnapped, but will she pay the ransom?
