Terrific action thriller with Robert Redford as CIA agent Nathan Muir who must save his friend and protege Tom Bishop after a top-secret, unauthorised mission goes wrong. Years ago Muir and Bishop forged a deep, close friendship, but now on the brink of his retirement from the agency Muir learns that Bishop has been jailed on espionage charges and sentenced to die in 24 hours. Nathan Muir must now battle the system inside the CIA and take on the most dangerous and personal mission of his life.
