While enjoying a vacation, a group of college friends are taken hostage by a guerrilla group who plan to use them to achieve some leverage over their Government. Two of the group manage to escape and they along with ex-Marine veteran 'Sarge', put together a rescue mission and turn the students into 'Toy Soldiers'.
