Three war films. Battle Cry - Based on the novel by Leon Uris. We follow the lives and loves of a group of US Marines as they train for battle in WWII. Objective Burma - An explosive war drama about a platoon of American paratroopers who are dropped behind Japanese lines, with a mission to destroy a radio station. Errol Flynn plays the lead role in his usual swashbuckling style. Operation Pacific - World War Two. Lt Cmdr Duke E Gifford is in the thick of the fighting in the Pacific. He oversees research and development of torpedoes at Pearl Harbour and evacuates children from enemy-held islands. He is totally dedicated to the Navy.
